LGH strengthens its UK sales team with the appointment of Johnpaul Hemming as Business Development Manager. Tasked with driving new business in the Midlands, Johnpaul will also contribute his expertise to the wider sales team.

WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO JOIN LGH AND TAKE UP THE BDM ROLE?
Knowing the strength and integrity of the LGH brand, and having admired many peers from LGH, I find the BDM role crucial for building and retaining customer relations. With almost 20 years of lifting industry experience, I thrive on providing lifting solutions and tackling innovative projects.
WHAT ARE YOUR CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR?
Being involved in major projects like Birmingham Snow Hill, Midland Metro Alliance, Battersea Power Station, HS2, and Hinckley Point is always exciting. I also focus on smaller, time-critical jobs that demand attention to detail and an innovative perspective.
WHAT INDUSTRIES HAVE YOU WORKED IN?
I've worked in diverse industries such as industrial, construction, residential, commercial, agricultural, aerospace, nuclear, electrical, entertainment, mining, water, transportation, manufacturing, and production. This broad experience equips me with a unique skill set and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments and challenges.
WHAT EXPERIENCE ARE YOU BRINGING TO THE ROLE?
With nearly 20 years in the lifting industry, I've gained deep knowledge and expertise. I excel at adapting to new challenges and opportunities, quickly learning and applying new skills. My experience has consistently saved customers time and money.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHORT-TERM PLANS IN YOUR NEW ROLE?
My Short-term plan is to grow the business focusses on increasing our market share and improving customer relationships, my aim is to achieve sustainable growth and solidify our market position once again.
